Full-Arch Restoration

Full-Mouth Dental Implants (All-on-X)

For patients missing most or all teeth, All-on-X full-arch implants replace an entire arch using a small number of strategically placed implants to support a permanent fixed prosthesis — improved function, no adhesives, and a confident smile faster than traditional methods.

How All-on-X Works

The All-on-X concept uses 4 to 6 implants — placed at precise angles in areas of maximum bone density — to anchor a complete arch of fixed teeth. In many cases an immediate provisional prosthesis is fitted the same day, so you leave our clinic with functional teeth.

Full-arch All-on-X implant restoration before and after
  • 4
    All-on-4
Four implants — two placed vertically and two tilted at 30–45° for maximum anchorage even in reduced bone. Most popular for lower arches.
  • 6
    All-on-6
Six implants provide enhanced stability and load distribution — recommended for upper arches or patients seeking maximum longevity.
  • Z
    Zirconia Bridge
The final prosthesis is crafted from monolithic zirconia or a hybrid acrylic-titanium framework — strong, lightweight, and natural-looking.
  • 1
    Same-Day Provisional
In qualifying cases, a temporary fixed prosthesis is placed on the day of surgery so you never go without teeth.

Full-Arch Implants vs Traditional Dentures

Traditional removable dentures address the cosmetic issue of missing teeth but come with daily compromises. Full-arch implants eliminate those trade-offs entirely.

Am I a Candidate?

Most patients who have lost all or most teeth in one or both arches are candidates for All-on-X. Our team evaluates each case individually:

Missing most or all teeth in an arch
Currently wearing ill-fitting dentures
Adequate bone or eligible for grafting
Good overall health (controlled medical conditions)
Willing to commit to follow-up visits
Non-smoker or willing to quit before surgery

Even in cases of severe bone loss, options such as zygomatic or tubopterygoid implants can eliminate the need for extensive bone grafting, keeping treatment efficient.

Treatment Timeline & Treatment Day

A full-arch implant journey typically spans 4–7 months from consultation to final prosthesis, though you'll have functional provisional teeth much sooner.

Pre-operative Consultation
CBCT 3-D scan, digital impressions, medical clearance, and computer-guided surgical plan. You'll understand every step before we begin.
Treatment Day
Under local anaesthesia (sedation available), 4–6 implants are placed and — where conditions allow — an immediate fixed provisional prosthesis is attached the same day.
Initial Healing (1–2 Weeks)
Soft-tissue recovery with a soft-food diet. Follow-up visit to check healing and adjust the provisional prosthesis if needed.
Osseointegration (3–6 Months)
Implants fuse with the jawbone. Periodic check-ups ensure everything is on track. You function comfortably with your provisional teeth throughout.
Final Prosthesis
Your permanent zirconia or hybrid prosthesis — designed and crafted in our on-site lab — is fitted for a perfect, lasting result.
